Is it worth using a tax agent for a simple return?
Many employees find they claim more with a tax agent, because we know which work-related costs apply to your job and how to record them. Our fee for preparing your return is also tax deductible next year.
When is my tax return due?
If you lodge yourself, the deadline is usually 31 October. If you're on a registered tax agent's list before then, you may have a later lodgement date. Ask us what applies to you.
I have two jobs. Does that change anything?
Usually you should claim the tax-free threshold from only one employer. Claiming it twice can leave you with a tax bill, which we can help you avoid or plan for.
